Sports Car Texturing Challenge

Created for the Sketchfab Texturing Challenge: Sports Car in November 2017 . We were given a 3D model of a Sports Car created by Renafox that was already UV mapped and were tasked to texture this it using our favourite texturing workflow.

I was in the process of teaching myself Substance Painter so that is how I chose to texture the car. Even though I didn’t win this competition I learned a great deal taking part.

I entered two versions, one with it stuck in snow and the other one in the process of being washed. I named them Winter Sports, and Spring Clean. I would conclude that the snow version was more the successful entry judging from the Likes and Comments.
